The Client: ACS Courier Services
The Challenge: The island's market leader in courier services, faced the challenge of evaluating the alignment of managers to company standards regarding human resources management, strategic skills, organisation/analytical skills and professionalism as part of the certification of "Investors In People" (IIP).
The solution: Flexipoll was deployed in March 2015 on the web and could be accessed by all employees using randomly generated/distributed access codes to ensure anonymity. The custom questionnaire encouraged employees, regardless of their position in the company's hierarchy, to express their opinions freely and evaluate their immediate managers.
