The Challenge: Cyprus Telecommunications Authority which is considered to be the leader in integrated electronic communications in the country, needed a more accurate and cost effective way to capture the satisfaction of their customers regarding their services and products. The standard method thus far was telephone interviews or face to face interviews at their customer service locations.
The Solution: Flexipoll was deployed at the customer service locations for the period 06/2012-10/2013. The customers were encouraged to participate in the surveys by answering questionnaires running on tablets located at prominent positions on premises. As a result the client managed to capture real time data and instant feedback that reflected customer satisfaction at the very point of experience.
